Farmer's Market Find
What a great little gem I ran across last week at the Dekalb Farmers Market. It's vegan, caffeine free, and has no preservatives. Oh and did I mention it's yummy. I rarely drink sodas, maybe about three times a year, and I'm not exaggerating. It's High in sugar, but still a nice treat after dinner to help with digestion (or you could just have some ginger tea). I like this because it has the fuzz of a carbonated drink, but its not a carbonated drink, which creates bloating.
What are your cheat treats? This is only one of mine.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving Eve!!! How are you spending your day? I'm serving brunch all day. I'm curious how many people have also ditched the holiday and family traditions for Thanksgiving. My brunch consists of
- Crab legs
- shrimp and grits
- Chicken apple sausage
- Belgium waffles with maple syrup and bananas
- Collard Greens
- Sweet Potato suflee
- Saffron Yellow Rice
- Peach Cobbler with vanilla ice cream

The Path to Fruitfulness
As we prepare for the holiday season, let us not forget to give and receive. As a giver it is necessary to practice the art of receiving. The laws of the universe are then balanced for both parties. The giver has sown a seed and the receiver will also receive fruit from the transaction. Some people are horrible receivers, I used to be that way. Its difficult for others to sow into you and its even more challenging for you to experience the full bounty that God
has stored up just for you. This is the true essence of fruitfulness.
