Meatless Monday Recipes by Raw Food Chef YaYa

Ageless Goddess Smoothie

Watermelon 
Strawberries
Peaches
Avocado
Ginger (anti-inflammatory, lowers blood sugars, healthy digestion, and tons of other benefits)
Pinch of Irish moss (antioxidant rich, anti viral, healthy skin and rich in nutrients)

Blend, serve, enjoy! 


Alkaline Blueberry Ice Cream

1 Frozen Burro banana
1/4 cup Coconut or Brazil nut Milk
1 Tbsp. Agave Syrup
1/2 Cup Frozen Organic Wild Blueberries
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor until you get the ice cream texture, then put into a freezer safe container for at least 1 hour before eating



Homemade Spelt Veggie Pizza

Toppings 
yellow squash
kale
red and green bell peppers
exotic gourmet mushrooms
onions 
key lime marinated olives

Pizza Sauce:
2 Tbs organic tomato paste
5 baby tomatoes
1 tsp Cilantro
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Spring Water
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until you have your desired consistency.
Spelt Pizza Crust:
1 cup of Spelt Flour
1/4 Cup of Spring Water (Amount can be adjusted)
Sea Salt
Onion Powder
Grape Seed Oil (Or other heat able oils on the list)
Cilantro (Optional to mix into dough)
Put dough and other ingredients into a bowl and knead, then roll out with a rolling pin. If you don't have a rolling pin, you can use a glass to roll it out.
Add a little Oil to a pan and cook it on top of the stove. 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it becomes golden brown.
