Tried it Tuesday

Tried it Tuesday; I'm assuming this is a new popcorn by #werthers, I loved their hard and soft candies as a kid. I'm pretty impressed by the 11 100% natural ingredients and of course the fact that it contains only 14 grams of sugar per serving, I try my Best to keep my daily sugar intake to no more than 15 grams. It's tasty, I'd buy it again... #snacktime

Vegan Cookie Treat

Stuffed Butternut Squash
Cut the squash in half and removed the guts. Brush with grapeseed oil and sprinkle with sea salt and bake in 400 degree oven for 40-45 mins.
Meanwhile, cook quinoa. (I always cook mine in homemade veg stock and add salt to the water to flavor)
Then sauté half an onion in grapeseed oil and then fry until it becomes translucent, add 12-15 pitted olives, chopped up, shredded kale, and a chopped up apple. Season with sea salt and a pinch of allspice and sauté until the kale starts to wilt. Turn off the heat and let sit until the quinoa is ready.
Once the quinoa is cooked, add the pan mixture and some Key lime juice. You can add pine nuts here for a crunchy texture or even the squash seeds you can bake alongside the squash. (I added hemp seeds).
Once the squash is cooked pile the stuffing mixture on top of the squash and serve hot!
No need to peel the squash, you can spoon it out of its peel as you eat!!

Wellness Wednesday Tip

Wellness Wednesday Tip; coloring for adults 😁 I'm so hooked; coloring and creative demonstration is an excellent source to reduce stress, enhance and boost moods; its also considered to be a form of active meditation, which of course helps to improve productivity!

I created this picture with an app, however I'm really looking forward to purchasing my very own adult coloring book, I'll share more as I complete them 😍🎯#getinthezone

-help to lower blood sugar levels
-helps to lower blood pressure because of its ability to reduce blood clots
-alkalizing affect on the body which helps to improve ph levels

Tried it Tuesday

Tried it Tuesday! First of all let me start by saying that I've never cared for hummus, I really wanted to like it because of the way some people would rave over it, so I would never buy my own, I'd simply "share" with someone who'd order it while dining, then decide if it was for me.

Well once again, one of my clients was raving about this black bean hummus she'd gotten from Publix and tonight I decided to give it a shot... Drumroll!!!! I LOVED IT, it looks horrible but it really does taste good; great job #Publix cause I'm a pretty harsh critic lol! Has anyone else tried this limited edition black bean hummus from Publix and if so, what are your thoughts?

Just Say NO to Gossip!

Synergy Sunday! just say no to gossip

It's so easy to get caught up with gossip and other peoples business when you aren't focused on your own. Let's face it, it seems easier to talk about what someone else did, needs to do or should do but it takes diligence to take ownership of our own "mess"... Don't block your blessings by contaminating your spirit with someone else's garbage. We have enough junk of our own to deal with than to focus our energy on unproductive behavior such as gossiping. Life is a mirror, what you put out is exactly what you get back, where the attention goes the energy flows! If you insist on talking about them, try lifting that person up in prayer. Sending light, love and wellness your way #The Green Goddess #getinthezone
