Meatless Monday Recipes by Raw Food Chef YaYa
1/4 cup Coconut or Brazil nut Milk
1 Tbsp. Agave Syrup
1/2 Cup Frozen Organic Wild Blueberries
5 baby tomatoes
1 tsp Cilantro
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Spring Water
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until you have your desired consistency.
1/4 Cup of Spring Water (Amount can be adjusted)
Sea Salt
Onion Powder
Grape Seed Oil (Or other heat able oils on the list)
Cilantro (Optional to mix into dough)
Add a little Oil to a pan and cook it on top of the stove. 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it becomes golden brown.

Synergy Sunday! just say no to gossip It's so easy to get caught up with gossip and other peoples business when you aren't focused on your own. Let's face it, it seems easier to talk about what someone else did, needs to do or should do but it takes diligence to take ownership of our own "mess"... Don't block your blessings by contaminating your spirit with someone else's garbage. We have enough junk of our own to deal with than to focus our energy on unproductive behavior such as gossiping.
